Florencia is the owner and architect of Silver Sea Architecture, LLC and Queen Building Design, LLC. She is a Licensed Florida Architect (AIA) and Real Estate Associate and works coordinating commercial and residential projects through all the phases of design and construction. Florencia is also heavily involved in the design development, construction documents, construction management and interior design.

Florencia received her Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Miami. She graduated Cum Laude receiving her Bachelor's of Science in Civil and Construction Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Florencia also completed the Renaissance Art and Architecture program from Florida State University in Florence, Italy. 

Florencia's experience includes working with the architecture firms of Howard Design Group and Affiniti Architects.
